The heated gas sampling probes of the PSG Plus series are used for the continuous analysis of extraction gases. They allow a representative and trouble-free sampling of hot gases that are mainly loaded with dust and water vapor. Typical applications are emission measurement, process monitoring and process optimization.
The intelligent design with optimal gas guidance allows the filtration of gas samples on the 212 cm2 outer filter surface as well as a comfortable and quick filter change without tools and dismantling of the heated sample line. The PSG Plus can be serviced extremely easily thanks to a sophisticated corkscrew mechanism, which also allows effortless opening of the filter housing cover. The holohedral sealed high-performance ring heater in combination with the thick-walled, tightly-woven glass fibre insulation jacket ensures even heating of the complete PSG Plus to 180°C.
Due to the largest filter surface on the market in combination with the homogeneous heating dust will always be reliably separated in the PSG Plus without condensation of water vapour and thus without clogging the filter. For high dust concentrations of up to 40 g/m3 or 280 g/m3, the PSG Plus can be equipped with an effective single or two-stage back vent with a 12 mm outer diameter tube, which is unique on the market. In this way, both the filter chamber (single-stage) and the filter are thoroughly vented. The standard calibration resp. the test gas connection allows the use of the PSG Plus in emission measuring systems according to EU regulations 2000/76 / EG and 2001/80 / EG
