Description
The AEROCET 380dust analyzer from Met One Instruments provides real-time concentration levels of TSP (total suspended particulates) in theambient air using the principle of forward laser light scattering. This nephelometer is the ideal instrument for sampling in any indoor workplace or public place environment (optional separators available to monitor PM1, PM2.5 or PM10).
OPTICAL SENSOR: Met One 's forward laser light scattering technology offers uniquely wide particle size detection. The all-new AEROCET 380 has an ultra-low detection limit, down to a particle size of 0.1 micron, and a particle sensitivity of 1.0 µg/m3, with a unit detection range from 0 to 100,000 µg/m3. The continuous-flow optical sensor is coupled with purge air to guarantee accurate measurements in a wide range of environments without performance degradation.
EASY TO USE: Two buttons and a rotary dial provide easy access to menu-driven configuration and sampling. TheAEROCET 380 offers selectable sampling modes of μg/m3 or mg/m3 and alphanumeric location IDs, giving the user the ability to identify a unique name for a location or sampling area. This dust monitor can store up to 15,000 sample records that are easily accessed on screen or downloaded to a computer with the included utility software.
HIGHLY PORTABLE: This sleek aluminum all-in-one desktop instrument offers continuous sampling with an AC adapter or 8 hours with batteries that fully recharge in less than 3 hours. TheAEROCET 380 's user-friendly interface comes with a download utility software that is easily accessible via Wi-Fi. User-adjustable sampling times include 1-, 5-, 10-, 15-, 30-minute and 1-hour intervals, making environmental profiling easy in a variety of applications. Ideal for long-term or remote sampling, a large screen makes it easy to view from across the room.
