The MCA Syn 100 P is the portable version of theSyngaz analyzer analyzer MCA 100 Synbiogas analyzer, entirely developed by ETG. The MCA Syn 100 series of biogas analyzers is the ideal solution for measuring syngas combustion and industrial applications, thanks to its accuracy, stability, reliability, wide measurement range and variety of available form factors. Unlike other analyzers, theETG MCA 100 Syn P uses NDIR technology to measure CH4, CO2 and CO. H2 is measured by a TCD (thermal conductivity) sensor and O2 by an electrochemical cell.
These single point analysers are used to monitor the composition of the syngas and are then able to accurately provide the composition of the flue gas for the purpose of process optimisation.
The advanced optical and electronic components of NDIR analysis cells have virtually eliminated zero drift after the initial warm-up period. Temperature and pressure compensation eliminates the main causes of large-scale drift typical of many NDIR instruments.
Measurement range can be modified to suit customer requirements. Also available in wall-mounted and Rack 19″ versions.
