SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF MAINTENANCE

Article 1 - Security

The customer is required to deliver, in a packaging adapted to the device and to the mode of transport, equipment that does not present any risk for our staff (in particular bacteriological, radioactive risks...). Known risks must be explicitly notified before the shipment.

Article 2 - Offer

Unless otherwise stated, the estimates resulting from intermediate diagnostics are not final. In the event that the customer does not follow up on the maintenance offer. A fixed diagnosis fee will then be applied. For estimates below 1000 € HT, it will amount to 90 €, for those between 1000 € HT and 3000 € HT it will amount to 200 €, and finally, for estimates above 3000 € HT, it will amount to 400 €.

Article 3 - Obligation of result

The maintenance department is not bound by any obligation of result as to the conformity of an analyzer with respect to expected specifications. It can at best approximate the performance described in the technical specifications (subject to their veracity). Clean Air Engineering Europe cannot be held responsible for any incidents related to a hidden defect not visible or not noticed during the maintenance. The return date of the equipment is given as an estimate. Clean Air Engineering Europe cannot be responsible for the delay related to unforeseen events (repair, transport, suppliers...) or in case of force majeure defined in the article 11 of the present general conditions of sale.

Article 4 - Return of equipment

Clean Air Engineering Europe reserves the right to refuse a request for partial repair requested by the customer, if it judges that the device represents a danger for its operators despite the intervention. The equipment will then be returned to the Customer without any intervention of Clean Air Engineering Europe on the said equipment.

Article 5 - Warranty

Only replaced parts can be covered by a contractual warranty (within the limit of the manufacturer's warranty), with the exception of worn parts (consumables, heating elements, membranes, batteries, etc.).
