SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF SALE OF EQUIPMENT
Article 1 - Ownership
The company Clean Air Engineering Europe reserves, until the complete payment of the price by the Buyer, a right of ownership on the sold products, allowing him to take back the said products. Any deposit paid by the customer will remain acquired by the company as a lump sum compensation, without prejudice to any other action that he would be entitled to take against the Buyer.
Article 2 - Deadlines and shipping
Shipments are made as soon as all the requested material is collected and by the means of transport we consider most suitable.
Article 3 - Cancellation
No cancellations of orders received after the issuance of the order acknowledgement are accepted.
Article 4 - Returns
A return authorization must be requested from our services prior to any return of supplies, specifying the reason for the return, your purchase order reference and the invoice number. Supplies made or modified at the request of the Customer as well as those used are neither returned nor exchanged.
Article 5 - Warranty
The products delivered by the company Clean Air Engineering Europe benefit from a guarantee of 1 year from the date of delivery, covering the non-conformity of the products to the order and any hidden defect, resulting from a defect of material, design or manufacture affecting the products delivered and making them unfit for use.
This guarantee is limited to the replacement or reimbursement of non-conforming products or those affected by a defect. Any guarantee is excluded in case of misuse, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Buyer, as well as in case of normal wear and tear or force majeure. In order to assert its rights, the Buyer must, under penalty of forfeiture of any action relating thereto, inform Clean Air Engineering Europe, in writing, of the existence of the defects within a maximum period of "5 days" from their discovery. Clean Air Engineering Europe will replace or repair the products or parts under warranty found to be defective. This warranty also covers labour costs. The replacement of defective products or parts will not extend the warranty period.
Clean Air Engineering Europe does not replace the warranty of other manufacturers or suppliers. Used equipment is sold as is, with no other warranty than that of the manufacturer, if applicable.
Article 6 - Design Change
In order to guarantee the best performance of our supplies, their design may vary slightly from the models presented in our sales documentation.
Article 7 - Retention of title clause
The company Clean Air Engineering Europe keeps the property of the sold goods until the complete payment of the price, in principal and accessories. In this respect, if the buyer is subject to a judicial recovery or liquidation, the company Clean Air Engineering Europe
