Description

The VPAC ™ II is an acoustic emission instrument based on over 10 years of research. The VPAC ™ II can estimate the amount of material leaking through the valve using the included software. With hundreds of systems currently in use, the VPAC ™ II is the instrument of choice for the leak detection leakage through valves.

The user interface is simple and intuitive, and the unit retains all settings even when powered down. The instrument is powered by four rechargeable AA batteries that will last for several weeks in normal use. Battery replacement and charging is quick and easy, reducing downtime.

The VPAC ™ II unit contains all the features you need to determine if valves are leaking, where they are leaking and how fast they are leaking.

The VPAC II detects all types of gas leaks.

Available for rent:

CleanAir Europe offers for rent the leak detector VPAC 2 (From 2 weeks)

Features

VPAC ™ II features include:
- Storage of upstream and downstream readings for up to 500 valves at a time
- Loads a complete test run with VPACwin ™ valve names and physical properties
- Calculates leak rates directly on the unit
- Transfers all stored data to a laptop or desktop computer with VPACwin ™ software via a simple wireless Bluetooth interface

When used on gas systems, the VPAC ™ II system is capable of detecting leaks as small as 1 liter per minute. This is because the sensor is virtually above the leak source and signal attenuation is not a factor. Counting for standard pressure and temperature (14.696 psia and 15.5 ° C), this corresponds to 2.12 SCF per hour.
