Description

The SKYPOST X from TCR TECORA is an automatic dust sampler designed to monitor fine particle monitoring. It allows precise precise control on particulate particles particles with the help of its 47 mm diameter filter membranes.

This instrument is equipped with a sequential filter exchange system, enabling it to store up to 32 filter membranesguaranteeing continuous, autonomous operation for up to a month without interruption. The design of this particle sampler allows easy replacement of exposed filters, with no need to stop sampling in progress.

The SKYPOST X has a flow rate range from 5 to 60 L/min and is suitable for dust sampling with LVS PM10 2.3 m³/h and LVS PM2.5 2.3 m³/h sampling heads, in accordance with EN12341:2023. The LVS PM1 2.3 m³/h sampling head can also be used.

The new flow control system consists of a venturi flow sensor as a measuring device (with accuracy better than 2%) and a pump speed control system to regulate the sampling flow. Thanks to this new concept, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) has been considerably improved. This translates into very low maintenance, especially with 24/7 operation!

The modularity of the sampling head positioning also makes it possible to use the USEPA 40, CFR Part 50 sampling head.

The completely straight suction tube, with its rounded shape and separation of the storage filter zone from the internal, radiant heat source, collects and maintains the integrity of accumulated pollutants.

The SKYPOST X is the new version of the SKYPOST PM FX.

 

Data management system:

The Skypost X features a new data management system with the following functionalities:

  • Continuous storage of sampling data for all parameters in internal memory.
  • Minimum, maximum and average values of all measured data.
  • Alarm management.
  • Data download via USB, wifi application, Bluetooth.
  • Export data in TXT format (imported from Excel and other spreadsheet programs).
  • MODEM for data download and sampler control. In the event of an alarm, an email or SMS is sent to the end-user so that he can check the cause and act accordingly.

Filter X Cooler technology

FilterX - Cooler is the cooling system for storing SKYPOST X sampled filters, designed to meet the requirements of EN12341:2023.

Thanks to intelligent temperature control, FilterX - Cooler technology offers optimum protection for sampled filters, preventing their exposure to heat and water condensation.

SKYPOST X DUO

The SKYPOST X DUO version allows simultaneous sampling of heads.

    • Relative humidity (optional)
    • CO₂ exterior (optional)
    • External pollutants such as NOₓ, SO₂, O₃, VOCs (optional, others on request)
