Description
The Serinus Cal 3000 from ACOEM is a stand-alone dilution calibrator equipped with an ozone photometer for the creation and accurate delivery of ozone concentrations during calibration of ozone analyzers. The photometer accurately and continuously measures ozone concentration to control the output of the internal ozone generator, providing an accurate ozone source for routine ozone calibration.
The Serinus Cal 3000 can be used with a wide range of analyzers measuring gases such as CO, CO2, O3, NOx, NOy, NH3 and SO2 to provide precise, constant volumes of zero air or dilutions of various calibration gases.
The Serinus Cal 3000 includes an ozone generator and an ozone photometer for the precise creation and delivery of ozone concentrations for use in the calibration of O3 analyzers. The photometer consists of an optical cell, a detection PCA, a pressure PCA, a UV lamp, a lamp control PCA, a heater and a thermistor. It accurately measures and controls the ozone concentration generated by an internal generator, enabling it to be used as a transfer standard for calibrating ozone analyzers.
