Description
The VOCAM (Volatile Organic Chemical Air Monitor) from Defiant Technologies , successor to the TOCAM (Toxic Organic Chemical Air Monitor), uses a photoionization detector (PID) to enable users to rapidly determine concentrations of single volatile organic compounds (VOCs) down to parts-per-billion levels, providing results in less than 10 minutes. The VOCAM portable gas chromatograph, weighing around 3 kg, is ideal for air sampling in the field, offering rapid and reliable analysis of (VOCs). What's more, the VOCAM has a mounting bracket and can be mounted inside a vehicle with a sampling port to screen many areas for VOCs.
VOCAM chemical capabilities :
Benzene
Toluene
Ethylbenzene
Xylenes
Vinyl chloride
trans-1,2-dichloroethene
cis-1,2-dichloroethene
Trichloroethylene (TCE)
Tetrachloroethene (PCE)
Naphthalene
