Description

The TCR TECORA MSSI is an impactor for the simultaneous collection of PM10 and PM2.5 particles, with the option of sampling PM4 or PM1 depending on the chosen configuration. It is available in two versions (2 or 3 stages). The TCR TECORA MSSI impactor can be fitted directly onto stacks or ducts, and can be used in stand-alone mode or connected to an isokinetic sampling system. This device enables continuous, safe sampling of particles in the flue gas.

The MSSI impactor ensures controlled suction and optimum transfer of particles to the sampler or measurement system. Its compatibility with isokinetic systems means it can be adapted to different sampling configurations. In this way, it meets the needs of industrial, environmental and regulatory compliance applications.

The MSSI guarantees accurate, reproducible sampling in line with international standards, whether for atmospheric emissions, regulatory controls or environmental studies. It complies with VDI 2066 Part. 10, EN 13284-1, EN 12341 and ISO 23210-2009. Manufactured in titanium, the MSSI impactor is also available in a stainless steel version.

This configuration enables the gravimetric fraction to be determined and thefilters to beanalyzed chemically, in particular for heavy metals. The impactor can be fitted with two inlet cones, for vertical or horizontal sampling depending on the direction of flow in the duct. Designed for a high sampling rate of around 2 m³/h (variable according to emission characteristics), it significantly reduces sampling time. The TECORA MSSI TCR impactor is supplied with dedicated software that automatically calculates the sampling rate, nozzle and other parameters essential for optimizing measurement quality.

CleanAir Europe supports you with solutions tailored to your needs in the field. With the MSSI, professionals benefit from a reliable, durable impactor that is essential for ensuring the quality and conformity of dust sampling in industrial plants.
