TheTCR Tecora EasyGas Plus sampleris a compact, portable instrument designed for sampling gaseous compounds (tubes, bubblers). It features avolumetric flow meter that ensures high accuracy and maintains a constant flow rate. The EasyGas Plus sampling pump has an adjustable flow rate range from 0.1 to 20 L/min.
The Lightweight Device Designed for Gas Sampling
Designed for demanding environments, the EasyGas Plus chassis features easily replaceable angular metal guards. These components help prevent damage from accidental impacts and eliminate mechanical bending. A 5.5-inch color touchscreen enhances usability. External LED indicators visible from a distance complete the interface and make it very easy to monitor the sampling status.
The key advantage of this equipment lies in its compact design. The main unit directly integrates the temperature probe and line control. This design eliminates the need to carry an external control box, reducing the overall footprint. For high-temperature sampling, this sampler is paired with the X-TDP probe. It features a specialized tube and an electronically controlled filter holder. The latter ensures the extraction of gaseous compounds. The process guarantees full compliance with the EN/TS 13649 standard.
This equipment ensures seamless integration into isokinetic sampling systems. When connected to an Isostack G4, a Bravo X or a Bravo DUO, the sampler automatically manages the main or bypass line and maintains a constant flow ratio.
This instrument can provide up to 10 hours of battery life thanks to an optional internal battery. Its compact and rugged design incorporates high-quality materials such asAISI 316 stainless steel, titanium, and Teflon. The internal circuitry is protected by a silica gel trap and a filter.Operation and result traceability are simplified by a built-in data logger.
Two Additional Configurations
To accommodate specific sampling requirements, the device is available in two additional configurations:
- A version designed for humidity measurement: capped at a maximum flow rate of 12 l/min, it allows for the sampling of water vapor (H2O) in strict compliance with the EN 14790:17 standard.
- EasyGas Plus DUO: featuring a dual, fully independent sampling line, it offers flow rates ranging from 0.1 to 20 L/min (with a range that can be customized to meet specific flow requirements).
