L'gas analyzer Siemens Ultramat 23 that we propose allows to measure simultaneously N2O, NO and CO2. This gas analyzer uses the principle of NDIR non-dispersive infrared radiation absorption for the three compounds in order to measure nitrous oxide N2O in an optimal way by limiting the NO and CO2 interferants.
