Description
CleanAir Europe offers you the Peltier MAK 20 series of compact sample gas conditioning systems for continuous sample gas analysis. Their main function is to precisely and consistently lower the dew point of the sample gas, thus drying the moist sample gas stream. Cross-sensitivities to water vapor and volumetric errors are thus minimized, preventing damage to the sensitive analyzer.
Precise temperature control by the Peltier system, combined with corrosion-resistant jet heat exchangers, ensures extremely constant, low dew points. Load fluctuations and high thermal loads are also reliably equalized. The hydrophobic surface and very short gas residence time in the heat exchanger guarantee the lowest possible gas solubility rates.
The MAK 20 Peltier's electrical control system monitors the cooling temperature and adapts the cooling capacity of the individual Peltier elements to current demand. Power-regulated fans dissipate residual heat with minimal noise. A potential-free alarm contact enables remote monitoring of the unit.
The Peltier module (thermoelectric module) is a thermal control module that has both "heating" and "cooling" effects. By passing an electric current through the module, it is possible to modify the surface temperature and maintain it at the target temperature, one of the main functions of the cooler.
