CleanAir Europe offers you the compact sample gas treatment system MAK 20 range are used to dry sample gases to exclude condensation in analyzers. Stable dew points below 3°C can be guaranteed even with widely differing volume flows and heterogeneous humidity levels.
Volumetric errors or faults caused by the H2O cross-sensitivity of analysis methods are thus largely eliminated. The MAK 20 Series also features an improved JET heat exchanger system which minimizes the leaching of water-soluble gases such as SO2, thus significantly improving analysis results.
Precise proportional temperature control, combined with a durable hot gas bypass system and innovative, corrosion-resistant heat exchangers, ensures extremely constant, low dew points. Load fluctuations and high thermal loads are also reliably compensated for. The hydrophobic surface and very short gas residence time in the heat exchanger guarantee the lowest possible gas solubility rates.
An electronic system monitors dew point and cooling air temperature. Potential-free alarm contacts enable remote monitoring of the unit. Operating parameters are recorded in a logbook for diagnostic purposes. An operating hours counter enables maintenance intervals to be monitored.
The MAK20 is ATEX Zone II certified, a major asset proving its sturdiness and ability to be used on a wide variety of sites.
