Description
The MKS MultiGas 2030 FTIR analyzer can measure a multitude of compounds. Its sensitivity varies from ppm to % depending on the compound and the application. It is equipped with the patented FTIR 2102 spectrometer with a high resolution optical bench. The software integrates various applications and has a library of spectra by compound for the quantification of molecules. It can perform analyses in gas streams containing up to 30% water and can simultaneously analyze and display more than 30 gaseous compounds.
