Description

PSG 's MAK 10 cooler is a compact gas conditioning system used for the continuous analysis of extractive gases. Mainly used for drying wet sample gas streams, this system offers precision, safety and stability. Its unique cooling and gas separation technology achieves consistently low dew points of 3°C.

Precise temperature control in combination with the long-lasting hot gas bypass system and innovative, corrosion-resistant heat exchangers ensure extremely constant low dew points. Load fluctuations and high thermal loads are also reliably compensated for. The hydrophobic, corrosion-resistant PTFE lining and the very short retention time in the heat exchanger ensure the lowest possible gas dissolution rate.

An electronic system monitors the dew point and the cooling air temperature. Alarm contacts allow remote monitoring of the unit. An operating hour counter controls the maintenance intervals. It is available in portable and rack-mounted versions.
