Description
PSG 's MAK Mobile is a compact, powerful and low-maintenance sample gas conditioning system. Used for the continuous analysis of extractive gases, its main function is to lower the dew point of the sample gas and thus dry the wet sample gas stream. In this way, water vapor cross-sensitivities and volumetric errors are minimized, and damage to the sensitive analyzer avoided. The integrated filter, condensate pump and sample gas pump ensure the removal of residual dust and condensate, and the supply of sample gas to the analyzer.
All components of the MAK Mobile are integrated in an extremely robust, weatherproof transport case. The heated line is inserted into the side of the case and connected directly to the temperature-resistant stainless steel connector and 7-pin plug. Thanks to the integrated temperature controllers, the dew point temperature and the temperature of the heated line can be adjusted quickly and easily. A temperature controller and up to three flow meters can be read at any time from the inspection window in the housing cover. With optional integration components such as flow meters, a liquid alarm sensor and a temperature controller for the heated line, the MAK 10 Mobile portable sample gas conditioning system can be equipped as required.
