Description
Successors to the ASI DM-100 series, the ASI DM-200 series gas dilution modules have been developed on the sonic nozzle principle to meet the requirements of many highly specific applications calling for stable, high-performance dilution, even in the event of absolute pressure variations in the duct. The DM-200 is an excellent alternative solution.
The device can be used in the following situations:
- Stand-alone unit for laboratory or unheated applications.
- Integrated into the heated system of your bay analysis system, producing a sampler with off-line dilution.
- Integrated into your ambient gas analyzer for process monitoring.
All the module needs is a zero to 5 bar instrumentation air supply. Several dilution orifices are available, offering dilution ratios from 1/16 to 1/300. Ports are available in Pyrex or 316 stainless steel, depending on the type of gas to be diluted.
Key points:
- Heated line not required
- Sample transported at positive pressure
- Backflushing system for inlet filter cleaning
- No loss of molecules
Areas of application :
- Heavy-duty dilution
- Drying and cooling corrosive gases
- Drying and cooling of condensable gases
- Integration into a gas analysis system
