DATA TRANSMISSION AND COOKIES

The CleanAir Europe website uses cookies via Google Analytics and StatCounter. When browsing our site, users are made aware that third-party cookies may be stored.

A cookie is a small file (less than 4 kb), stored by the site on the user's hard drive, containing information about the user's browsing habits. These files allow the site to process statistics and information on traffic, to facilitate navigation and to improve the service for the user's comfort.

For the use of cookies involving the storage and analysis of personal data, the user's consent is required. The user's consent is considered valid for a maximum of 6 months. At the end of this period, we will again ask the user's permission to save cookies on his or her hard drive.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where permitted by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.

Google will not associate your IP address with any other data stored by Google. By agreeing to the use of cookies, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner described above and for the purposes set out above.

The personal data recorded by Google Analytics are:
- Personal data such as age, gender and location;
- The websites visited from which the cookie is generated;
- The subpages visited on this website;
- The time spent on the page and sub-pages.

STATCOUNTER

StatCounter is a web traffic analysis site. When you visit our site that uses the StatCounter Analytics service, the following cookies will generally be set on your computer:

- Unique cookie: StatCounter uses these only to determine whether you are a new or repeat visitor and to estimate your cumulative unique visits to the CleanAir Europe site. No personal information is stored in the cookie.

- Visitor cookie:
This cookie is set by the website you are visiting. When first set, a random identifier is generated and stored in the cookie to prevent you from being counted as a visitor more than once (for example, if you are on a mobile device and your IP address changes as you browse). In the same way as the unique cookie, this cookie also stores a count of your return visits.

SOCIAL NETWORKS

Our site integrates social network buttons allowing the user to access our LinkedIn and Facebook pages. Cookies from these social networks may therefore be stored on the user's computer when using this feature.

Cookies that are not essential to the operation of the site are only deposited on the user's terminal after obtaining his consent. The user can withdraw his consent at any time via our cookie settings page. More generally, the user can oppose the recording of these "cookies" files by configuring his browser.

In the event that the user decides to deactivate the "cookies" files, he/she will be able to continue browsing the site. However, any malfunction of the site caused by this manipulation could not be considered as being due to the site editor.

DATA CONTROLLER

The controller of the personal data is CleanAir Engineering Europe. We are committed to undertake to protect the personal data collected, not to pass it on to third parties without the user's knowledge and to respect the purposes for which the data was collected. The site has an SSL certificate to ensure that the information and data transfer through the site is secure. The purpose of an SSL certificate ("Secure Socket Layer" Certificate) is to secure the data exchanged between the user and the site.

DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

We undertake to respect the confidentiality of your personal data and to guarantee the exercise of your rights. In accordance with the French law n° 78-17, dated January 6, 1978 modified, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending an e-mail to cleanair.europe@cleanair.com, indicating the reason for your request.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy to ensure its compliance with applicable law. The user is therefore invited to consult this privacy policy regularly in order to be informed of the latest changes. The user is informed that this privacy policy was last updated on 22 April 2021.

By using the CleanAir Europe website, the user confirms that he/she has read and understood this privacy policy and accepts its terms, in particular with regard to the collection and processing of his/her personal data and the use of "cookies".
