Servomex 1400 item 174

This machine is used to measure O2.
The Servomex 1400 uses magnetic susceptibility to continuously measure O2 levels.
The gas sample must be dry, clean and at room temperature.
It is used after a gas preparation system.
Set-points can be pre-defined and an alarm can be sounded if they are exceeded. A flow-rate alarm is also available.
The 0 – 10 V analog output can be used to record the data on a plotter.

Specification

– Measuring range : 0 – 25% and 0 – 100%.
– Units : %
– Detection Limit : 0.1%
– Data storage : none (a data recorder can be added).
– Internal pump : no (an external pump can be added).
– Analog output : 0 – 1V
– Packaged weight : 15 kg
– Number of packages : 1
– Recommended for use with : 812, 820, 831, 846, 622, 924

Key Points

– 2 alarm thresholds

Heavy Metal item 311M

It can sample heavy metals.

It is a variant of the base model (dust) and consists of nozzles and a Pyrex or quartz duct with a compartment containing 7 impingers.

Specification

– Sampling flow rate : depending on the isokinetic parameters < 40 liters/min
– Length of probe : 0.6 m, 0.9 m, 1.2 m, 1.5 m, 1.8 m, stainless steel (specify length with order).
– Umbilical : 7.5m, 15m or 30 m (specify with order).
– Set of Nozzles : 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 and 12 mm (stainless steel).
– Gas Temperature : 200 °C max (optionally 600 °C max).
– Oven Temperature : 120 °C
– Calculation Sheet : in Excel® (supplied)
– Packaged weight : 120 kg
– Number of packages : 5

Key Points

– This device must only be used by an operator trained in a specific methodology. The flow speed at the sampling point must be known and communicated to CleanAir Europe for assessing the feasibility of the project.

Gas 3100 Item 160

This analyzer measures H2.
The GEIT GAS 3100l uses the principle of the thermal conductivity of a gas.
It can also quantify CO2 to compensate for this interfering gas.

Specification

– Measurement Ranges : 0 – 20 – 100% H2, 0 – 5 – 100% CO2
– Units : %
– Detection limit : 0.01% for H2 and CO2
– Internal Pump : yes
– Analog output : yes
– Communication : yes
– Software : Yes
– Packaged weight : 20 kg
– Number of packages : 1
– Recommended for use with : 846, 832, 820, 622, 924

Mark III item 341

This staged sampler has a pre-separator and measures the size distribution of particles from 0.54 μm to 13.6 μm.

It can be mounted on our isokinetic sampling systems. Particle mass is determined by weighing after drying.

Item 341C, a set of substrates for an Andersen impactor (consumables) is required.

Specification

– Nominal sampling flowrate : 21 liters/min
– Set of nozzles : 1/8’’, 3/16’’, 1/4’’, 5/16’’, 3/8’’, 1/2’’.
– Gas Temperature : 425 °C
– Packaged Weight : 6.5 kg
– Number of packages : 1

C.A.Th.I.A item 470

This device is used for special sampling, particularly asbestos.
The C.A.Th.I.A head is an Alveolar Inhalable Thoracic Aerosol Sensor.
The filter is held between 2 rings which are part of the filter cassette covers so that the whole filter assembly can be removed. The operator does not have to handle the filter at all when installing and removing it.
The machine is supplied with a tripod on request.

Specification

– Three selectors : alveolar, inhalable and thoracic
– Flowrate 7l/min
– Filter Cassette-Holder for 37 mm diameter filters
– Meets EN 481, ISO 7708 and FD CEN/TR 15230 standards
– Thoracic selector meets standard NFX 43-050
– Recommended for use with : 466, 475
